MSM or Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane a white, odorless, water-soluble element is organic sulphur and is found in any cell of human body. MSM is present in meat, fish, eggs, poultry and milk, and in lesser amounts in grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables — especially onions and garlic, asparagus and cruciferous vegetables. It is lost in the storage and preparation of foods, dietary sources.
