Want supple,youthful,glowing skin?

A glowing healthy skin gives a boost in our confidence.We do so much to stay positive, give a good impression.. why not follow a basic routine that in time will benefit our skin and us.
1) Every morning squeeze lime / lemon juice in a glass (8 oz) of water and drink it . This will help flush out toxins. For constipation sufferrers , you will find yourself be more regular eventually. Afcourse you should make a habit of eating a lot of fiber ( fruits, whole grains, vegetables).Also drink 8-10 glases of water everyday.
2) Wash your face twice with a soap free facial cleaner daily (atleast) once in the morning and once before going to bed. Use a toner ( witch hazel is the best) afterwards to remove all the dirt and grime that the cleanser couldn’t.
3) Apply an oil free mositurizer after you wash. Always wear suncreen / sunblock before you step out in the sun.
These basic steps alone if done regularly can improve the health of your skin.There are many other ways of making sure your skin is just glowing and supple.
1) Exfoliate once weekly using a facial scrub like St.Ives Apricot scrub to remove all the dead cells.
2) Steaming your face once bi-weekly is extremely beneficial as it opens the pores, removes dirt and grime. Apply a face pack afterwards depending on your skin type to clean and close the pores.
3) Mix a few drops of lime / lemon juice in milk and apply that on your face.Let it dry and wash off with lukewarm water. You can do this every morning or every alternate morning.With time you will notice a more even toned skin free of scars / blemishes.
