Kitchen tips and home remedies for acne

Acne - the little red eruptions on your skin. They are very frustating and annoying and they make you self conscious.
Oily skin, stress, tension, pollution are some of the major causes of acne. You might have tried everything, why not give one more chance and try to heal the natural way. Here are some home remedies and kitchen tips that include natural herbs to cure and prevent acne and pimples.
1) Drink lots of water (8 - 10 glasses each day) to flush out toxins and to keep you skin hydrated. Stop drinking carbonated drinks.
2) Wash your face with mild soap and water.
3) Stop touching your face.
4) Avoid greasy cosmetics or creams. They make you skin oily and can aggravate the skin condition.
5) Don’t squeeze, scratch, pick the little bumps. Leave them alone.
6) Mash a tomato to form a pulp and spread this over the face, leave for 15-20 minutes and rinse off.
7) Make a paste of fenugreek leaves and rose water and apply to your face to prevents pimples, blackheads, dryness of face and early appearance of wrinkles. Wash it off after it dries.
Make a paste of neem ( Azadirachta indica) powder and rose water, apply to your face, let dry and wash off.
9) Make a paste of chandan (sandalwood) and rose water and apply to your ace, let dry and rinse.
